This 25 Year Transferable Warranty is issued to
the current property owner and is transferable to
all subsequent property owners.
The new owner must notify Waterproofing Solutions™
in writing within 30 business days after their closing
date and submit proof of ownership.
All materials are guaranteed to be as specified.
Waterproofing Solutions™ guarantees its workmanship
and the materials for 25 Years in which the customer
has title on said property against water penetrating
the treated walls and floor area. Warranty is automatically
transferable to all subsequent owners at no charge.
The treated walls and floor have a 25 Year Transferrable
Warranty.
